How do you diagnose pregnancy?

Aluminum Anniversary

This is my first time in blogger.com and I am quite confused as to what will be my first posting. Without any hesitation, I choose to share with you on how I and my ex-boyfriend (who is currently my husband) celebrated our tenth year anniversary as a couple.

A lot of people would say that the tenth anniversary as a couple is considered to be the first of the major milestones in any anniversary so it has to be a very special celebration. Personally, I was really excited about it because not all other couples can reach this far. Although, our relationship really went through the toughest road but we managed to overcome it.

Here I am thinking about the event – planning as to how the day will go through. I was then thinking of a gift which will really fit on the event so i browse through the net to pick up some 10th anniversary ideas. I’ve just learned that the symbol for the 10th anniversary is aluminum or tin.

Why?! As explained, the pliability of tin and aluminum symbolizes how a successful marriage needs to be flexible without being broken. Logical, right? I believe a successful marriage really depends on how the couple bends and blends to each other’s attitudes. If one does not manage to give in, the two of you will never meet. So to continue… With quite enough money at hand, I had some options to choose from and I decided to stick on the symbol – TIN. Some suggests jewelry made of tin or aluminum, watches, tablewares, candle tins and a whole bunch of ideas.

In the end, I have realized that my husband would really appreciate more if we just spend the night together over a special dinner buffet and just talk.

So, the very special dinner happened.

The banquet was served with good food particulary the sweet tempting taste of cream bruleè, strawberry mousse and chocolate bavaroise..

And the rest is history.

Evolution..

Who are our parents? Where did the first man live?

AFRICA.

As shown on the National Geographic Channel Asia last night, the discovery or shall we say the superb innovation was realized throught the help of Dr.

Spencer Wells, who used our genes to trace everyone’s link.

How does this work? In a person’s DNA, though every individual is different, there are traces given from one person to its offspirng. This is the reason why we have similarities from our parents yet making us a unique individual. By tracking the traces given to us from generation to generation, we all fall down to the beginning. It is like a whole pizza sliced in eights then distributed, then gathered. COMING TO OUR ROOTS.

As they studied every sample they gathered from different sets of people all over the world, comparing their similarities, they have arrive to the source of all. A set of people living in Africa whose tribe is fastly diminishing. Our distant relative.

Today, DNA and its structure come a long way of research. Modern biotechology makes use of recombinant DNA, a man-made DNA which is presently used to study a diverse selections of organisms (e.g. viruses, bacteria). Recombinant DNA is now being stronlgy used in medical research looking for breakthrough of new drugs for diseases not yet compelled. DNA is also being used in forensics, paternal/maternal screening and as discussed in the national geographic channel -phylogenetics which is used to keep track the evolutionary background of an organism.
